Exchange and Warranty Policy

Because your Eyewear is custom made, no refund can be issued. Store credit or exchanges will be given if covered under this policy.

We are proud to provide you with a 30 days quality guarantee! If you find that we customize your glasses with the wrong prescription in 30 days, we will replace them with the correct ones at no charge to you. However, please make sure that the prescription error is not from data input when filling out the order form. In that case, NO lens replacements will be provided.

Exchange or Return

When ordering please ensure you are ordering the exact product you desire. We are happy to offer a one-time exchange within 30 days of the original pick-up date.

Exchanges - You may exchange a frame for eyewear of equal or greater value within the first 30 days of receiving them. If the exchange is for a new pair with a different value, the difference will be charged to you. Limit of one exchange per order.

Please note that prescription lenses are not refundable. However if new prescription for a Single Vision lenses need to be made on a frame exchange, we will credit 50% of the original lens price towards the cost of the new lenses. Additional shipping charges will apply.

Non-Adapt Progressive Lenses Warranty: If the customer is unable to adapt to progressive lenses within a period of 30 days, will honor a one time replacement of any bifocal or single vision lenses at no additional charge (applies to equal or less value lenses only). Because Progressive lenses are a totally custom made for you, there is no money back credit will be issued.

This return policy will not apply to those goods that have been personalized for the Buyer, or to items that have been individually made or ordered for the Buyer, or if the Buyer has been specifically informed that a return is not permitted. This return policy will only apply once - repeat returns are not permitted. Costs and risks in relation to the returned goods are the responsibility of the Buyer. When returning goods the Buyer will be liable for all the shipping costs incurred, both incoming and outgoing.

Even so since we value your satisfaction above all if you are unsatisfied with your prescription eyeglasses for any reason just return the eyeglass with the order copy and case within four weeks and we will issue a store credit toward next order. In the unlikely event your new glasses need to be remade for reasons beyond our control (e.g. your doctor changes your prescription, you would like to select a different style, or if you accidentally enter incorrect prescription information), we will do so. For both returns and exchanges, it is essential that you send the product back with its original packaging.

The wrapping, case, any manuals and blank warranty cards must be included. Eyewear can not be damaged, scratched, or otherwise altered from their original selling condition. Items not in original condition will be returned. You are responsible for any damage done during shipment back to Shipping charges for returns to are your responsibility. Special order products have no return policy. If the order is cancelled or altered after production or the order process has started a proportionate fee for costs incurred will be charged. Any change of address or any alteration to the order should be advised by email only. No return or exchange will be accepted without an RMA Number. Before returning any item, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be written on the outside of the package and on the return shipping label. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official RMA number will not be accepted.

Your satisfaction is very important to us, and with this offer, you have our guarantee of enjoyment with your new eyewear. We guarantee complete accuracy on all prescription lenses or they will be replaced at no charge.

We take great pride in delivering a quality product at incredibly low prices. Every prescription order is meticulously checked by certified technicians for prescription accuracy and optical clarity before shipment.

We unconditionally guarantee all our frames and lenses to be delivered exactly as they were ordered and free of defects. Since all orders are unique all sales must be final so please be extra careful in filling out your order. We will not be held liable for any incorrect information given by the Customer.

Rimless frames are delicate -NO GUARANTEES ON LENS BREAKAGE. recommends you to choose polycarbonate lenses for Rimless frames. CR 39 lenses need careful handling and have higher incidence of breakage in rimless frames. The Buyer must provide with details of the relevant prescription that is to be applied to the spectacles. All prescriptions provided to must have been given to the Buyer by a registered medical practitioner or registered ophthalmic optician following a sight test within the last 2 years.

To ensure accuracy, we request that you send us your prescription through the following methods: • Fax: 718-981-5247 • Accurately Enter the Prescription in the online form. • Scan & email: Unless you specify an appropriate PD (pupillary distance), we will use an average PD to complete your order. The average PD has been provided to us by qualified opticians. By agreeing to these term and conditions, you the Customer will be agreeing to let us use an average PD of 63mm for multifocal and single vision distance lenses, or a PD of 60mm for single vision reading lenses. does not sell products for purchase by children. We may, however, sell children's products for purchase by adults. The Customer must be over the age of 18 and entitled to purchase prescription glasses. Customers may use their own frame when purchasing new lenses. We are not responsible should the frame break. Also without first seeing the frame and knowing its condition, we can't answer if we can put lenses in your old frame. are not responsible for the safe return of the Buyer's own glasses after checking or after cutting new lenses, unless specifically agreed in writing.
